How fares are
calculated

Depending on the ride type you choose, fares may be calculated using a regulated meter or
set as a fixed rate. For metered rides, charges are based on distance, time, and waiting.
For fixed or advance bookings, the fare is confirmed before the ride begins. Any applicable
ERP or location-based charges are added to the final fare where required. 
Zig is designed to keep this information clear at every step.

Note: There are no additional peak period or ERP charges for limousine services.
  • A 10% administrative charge on top of the total metered fare is applicable for Credit and Charge Card payments. The prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge.
  • A $0.30 (inclusive of prevailing GST) administrative charge on top of the total metered fare is applicable for NETS, NETSPay, NETS Flashpay, DBS PayLah!, OCBC PayAnyone, UOB TMRW, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
